Mike is the co-founder of Inside Story and has been in the flooring industry for 38 years. He has a vast array of knowledge. His favorite product is carpet because people generally don’t try to install it themselves. He prefers a cup of black coffee or a cafe mocha in the mornings and chocolate is his favorite health food.

Dane has been in the flooring industry with Inside Story Carpet One for 5 years. He is a self-proclaimed flooring nerd and his favorite product is carpet. He feels carpet makes the home feel more inviting, quieter and warmer. His favorite part of the job is the people. Dan is a big fan of MMA and strong coffee and is a proud dad to a 15-year-old son who is the world’s coolest kid!

Andy Baker

Commercial Sales

Andy started working at Inside Story Carpet One in 2020. He loves using computers and technology to provide accurate and efficient estimates to his customers. He specializes in large commercial projects. His go to product is Carpet Tile. He likes his coffee on ice, with lots of cream and a bit of sugar.
